What is your return policy? - We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. 

Can you use your own strap with the 'Mallorie' bag? - Yes, our practical mum bags can be used with any strap that is detachable. Please note, our Mallorie straps have an integrated hook to attach the small pouch.
