FAQs
Are your bags really "chaos-proof"?
Yes, ma'am! Our bags are made for real life - that means wipeable materials, clever compartments, and strong as heck straps. They're tested by mums who've see it all (spills, snacks, and sudden tantrums included).
How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. UK orders usually arrive in 2-5 business days. Need it faster? We have an express delivery option when you checkout for £4.99 - this in next day delivery on order made before 2pm.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the UK. But never say never - sign up to our emails to be the first to know when we go global.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major cards, PayPal, apple pay, google pay and Klarna. And loyalty points if you've earned them. Because you deserve rewards for surviving motherhood.
How many nappies and wipes can fit in the 'Mallorie' bag?
You can comfortably fit in 1 pack of wipes and 2 nappies.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Absolutely. If your item isn't quite right, you've got 14 days to send it back in it's original condition. Just pop us an email at chloe@lovemallorie.com
Can you use your own strap with the 'Mallorie' bag?
Yes! Our practical mum bags can be used with any strap that is detachable. Please note, our Mallorie straps have an integrated hook to attach the small pouch.
